1. Description of service

Onscript is a subscription-based web application that helps content creators produce short-form video content. The service includes AI-generated video scripts, thumbnail concepts, content calendars, and a browser-based teleprompter/recording tool. We may add, remove, or modify features over time.

2. Account registration

To use most features of Onscript, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• Maintain one account per user and not share login credentials.
• Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and billing

Onscript offers a Free tier and a Pro tier. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice to you before the change takes effect.

4. Refund policy

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods or unused portions of a subscription. You may cancel anytime to stop future charges. If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Onscript lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

• Use generated content for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
• Attempt to abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the AI generation system or the platform.
• Upload, record, or publish content that infringes third-party rights, violates applicable laws, or breaches platform policies.

You are solely responsible for the videos, scripts, ideas, and other material you create, film, and publish using Onscript.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the scripts, ideas, thumbnail concepts, and videos you generate or record using Onscript. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Onscript retains all rights to the underlying software, platform, designs, code, logos, and brand. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Onscript platform without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Onscript is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve specific results, including views, engagement, income, or virality. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any content created with the tool.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onscript and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, abuse the platform, or fail to pay amounts due. You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
