• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Onscript does not store your full payment card details directly — Stripe handles payment data in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.
• Technical data: basic browser and device information, session cookies, and error logs to help keep the service running smoothly.

2. How we use your data

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Onscript service.
• Generate personalised scripts, thumbnail concepts, and content plans.
• Process subscription billing and manage your account tier.
• Understand how the product is used so we can improve features and fix issues.
• Communicate with you about your account, service updates, or support requests.

3. Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Onscript:

• Stripe: used for payment processing. Stripe receives the billing information required to complete transactions. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• AI/LLM provider: we send non-sensitive generation inputs, such as niche selections and content prompts, to our AI provider to produce scripts and thumbnail concepts. We do not send unnecessary personal data to AI providers.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely via the app's backend and database infrastructure. We follow reasonable security practices to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
